Red Bull Racing's success story, perhaps the most important element of the team and one of the biggest icons of Formula One, has made a very serious move to Scuderia Ferrari, presumably also because of the mood at the team at the moment.
But there is something else that could be a further cause for concern about the star designer. The fact that Adrian Newey is keen to work with Lewis Hamilton.
According to German magazine Bild, Newey could easily leave Red Bull and fulfil a long-held ambition to work with the driver he 'admires'. The magazine, citing reliable sources, claims that this is no longer a pipe dream and that the specialist has taken serious steps to do so. He is said to be in advanced talks with Scuderia Ferrari, a report confirmed by Italian press reports. If all this comes to fruition, it could well be the beginning of the end of Red Bull Racing's dominance...
