Shipping to other countries

1 to 9-day delivery time all over the world. (Deliveries are suspended on weekends - Saturday and Sunday, as well as holidays and days of rest. Orders placed on such days will be processed on the first workday following them.) Please be aware than for orders placed outside of the EU, customs clearance costs, as well as other expenses may arise. Contact the competent authority within your country and ask them about possible fees!

Package delivery tracking

• You can find the number of your package in the email sent by the courier service.
• For GLS, click here and track the status of your delivery by providing the package number. You can request detailed information regarding your delivery from the GLS customer service. It’s also what we do. Other GLS contact info: click here!
• For UPS, click here and you can track the status of your delivery by providing the tracking number.
• On our website, you can only track the status of your order, which is concluded when we hand the package over to the courier service. Afterwards, you can only receive additional information from the courier service.

Can I receive my order in person?

You cannot receive orders in person, as the FansBRANDS showroom was terminated in 2021, and it only works as an office now. Products are not physically available at the office.

What countries / cities are eligible for deliveries?

At FansBRANDS, you can request that your order be delivered to any part of the world. GLS, UPS and Postal services help us deliver to all countries and settlements as fast as possible.

How long does the delivery take?

• GLS standard in EU: 3-7 workdays
• UPS standard in EU: 3-7 workdays
• UPS express outside EU: 2-7 workdays (contains Europe, America, Asia, Australia, Africa)

Holidays and rest days

You have to take into account a completely unique delivery time on these days. The courier service determines when deliveries are paused. If you need something urgently, the best decision is to ask us via the phone, email, or maybe WhatsApp chat.

Why is my delivery late?

Is it really late? Delivery times refer to workdays. The courier service usually does not work on weekends, holidays and rest days.

• If you haven’t received a notification from the courier service yet, then contact the FansBRANDS customer service via email or phone.
• You can only track the status of your order on our website, which ends when we deliver the package to the courier service.

Will I receive notifications from the courier service?

IMPORTANT! Please provide your correct email address and phone number when placing an order, as all notifications will be sent to these!

• Email: you will receive several emails containing important information from GLS, UPS and the postal service.

How can I modify the delivery address?

You can request changing your delivery address with the courier service.

• Before delivery, the courier service will notify you via email regarding the expected delivery date.
• Contact the courier service at one of the contact details in the message.

Can I open the package before I take it?

• You cannot open the package before reception.
• If you are unsure regarding the contents of the package, or the packaging is damaged, or you have ordered fragile products, please make a video of the unpacking, showing the products clearly!
• In case of damages or deficiencies, we will transmit your claims to the courier service, and a video can speed up evaluation and may help the procedure be successful.

Do I have to pay customs costs?

• There are no customs clearance costs within EU.
• If you want your order to be delivered to a country outside EU, there MAY BE extra customs clearance costs,
• Customs costs and other taxes are always borne by the buyer.
• You can ask for details at the competent authority of the given country.
• We cannot provide any information regarding customs clearance costs at FansBRANDS.
• We cannot regulate, and we do not have any influence on the given country’s customs and tax laws.
