We have often criticized Liberty Media ourselves for disrespecting the traditions of the sport. This time, however, we won't be raving about the F1 leadership, but at least we can leave out the negative context.
In fact, there is fresh news today that the start of the 2025 Formula 1 season will not take place in Bahrain, which is known for its fantastic, creative, and always exciting races (irony), but in Australia. In 2025, F1 will still host the same number of races, but instead of Bahrain, the first race will be held in Melbourne, at the legendary Albert Park. This hasn't happened since 2019, and likely many fans besides us are happy that the track is returning to its rightful, deserving position. As usual, the pre-season tests will also take place in Bahrain, which is perfectly suited for that great asphalt track...
Are you excited that the TRUE SEASON OPENING atmosphere is returning?
