Wherever the power struggle within the Austrian team leads, it is certain that racing itself will lose the most from it.

There has been much talk about who, why, and how would leave Red Bull Racing if Christian Horner were to stay in place, so we won't go into detail about that. Adrian Newey's name often comes up as a possible loss, but beyond the era-defining genius, there is plenty for Max Verstappen's team to lose as well. The Italian press reports that the Scuderia Ferrari is in advanced negotiations with the defending champion's four key figures: head of the aero department Enrico Balbo, aerodynamics chief David Morgan, aero development manager Alessandro Germani, and performance engineering coordinator Ben Waterhouse.
