In 2025, six drivers will enter the racing circus, marking their first full F1 season. The number of rookies is unprecedented, and F1's official channel wanted to be part of showcasing them!
Taking advantage of the story, the idea emerged at Formula 1 to create a documentary highlighting the development of young talents. This resulted in Rookies, which offers a 50-minute glimpse into the journeys of Gabriel Bortoleto, Kimi Antonelli, Isack Hadjar, Jack Doohan, and Oliver Bearman. Childhood dreams, behind-the-scenes moments, arriving at the threshold of F1… The film promises never-before-seen footage, enhanced with exclusive interviews from individuals who actively participated in the young drivers' journeys.

One such person was Bruno Michel, the head of F2 and F3, who shares his thoughts on the five drivers and expresses his pride that these guys can now all be F1 drivers. Additionally, we can glimpse how F2 and F3 prepare young talents for their professional journeys. According to F1, the film has become "innovative and personal in tone," and it is already available for those with F1TV Access and F1TV Pro subscriptions.
