According to ex-driver Christijan Albers, Isack Hadjar would benefit the most if he quickly transferred out of the Red Bull fold, taking advantage of his current good performance and momentum.
Albers believes that the Red Bull Racing academy has entered a sort of self-destructive mechanism, where over the years, many promising young talents have seen their careers shattered. Moreover, being Max Verstappen's teammate is not exactly a safety net:
“I think Isack is a fantastic guy, as fast as a rocket. But we see what everyone else has done against Verstappen, and I would advise him to be cautious. If I were his manager, I would immediately say no to any Red Bull connections; I would do everything to get him out from under their umbrella by the end of the season. Why? The answer is obvious: Pierre Gasly, Carlos Sainz, two names that started to soar after leaving RB. If he does it and leaves them, he has a much better chance of a long and successful career. This is the harsh truth.” - Christijan Albers bluntly criticized Red Bull Racing.
