"Cadillac is looking for exactly six hundred people, and I'm sure you've come across their job postings on various platforms. They are currently in the interview phase, which is taking place in Silverstone. That's not all, because the team's management is also personally present at the F1 weekends, roaming the paddock, where they offer better and better deals to the targeted professionals. Several of their newly joined employees have told me that they promise much higher salaries than anyone else in the field. Out of the six hundred people, they plan to have four hundred travel continuously, while the others will carry out their assigned tasks at HQ." - the photographer commented on the ambitions of the team joining next year.
